I n the medieval core of Pistoia, just a few steps from one of the loveliest squares in Italy “Piazza Duomo”, in the real historical centre of the town, we are pleased to welcome you in our dwelling of Renaissance age.

Here you will be given completely at your disposal an apartment composed of a three-bedded room “Il Roseto” (including a double bed and a single one), a double room “L’Agrumeto” (a bunk bed), a common bathroom and an ample very well-equipped kitchen.

We look forward to offering you an holiday under banner of culture, well-being and relax, thanks to its location. Really silent are the rooms overlooking the large backward kitchen garden, a really greenery copper among roses, jasmine flowers, geraniums as well as a grapes and kiwi pergola, far away from the noisy of the city life.

Included Facilities

- The apartment is endowed with autonomous heating system (adjustable through a thermostat)

- The kitchen is provided with a television, a fridge, an oven as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and kitchenware, included driers and pot holders

- The bathroom is supplied with hairdryer, soaps, bubble bath and a really comfortable sit-shower

- You will be provided with sheets (including proper blankets) and towels, that will be changed respectfully once and twice a week

- For short periods the maid service is included in the rates; for weekly stays an additional charge is requested

- The continental breakfast is served as a buffet (strong or weak coffee, whole or semi-skimmed milk, tea, hot chocolate, butter, yogurt, cereals, jam, honey, chocolate cream, biscuit rusks or croissant, seasonal fruit on request, fruit juice and for at least a five-day stay a welcome cake); moreover on request it is possible to have an international breakfast with ham, bacon, sausage, cheese, eggs and toast or bread added

- For a week stay you will be welcome with a classic cocktail

- For longer stays you will be offered a bottle of local wine and extra-virgin olive oil

- The couples in honey-moon will be presented with a sparkling gift

- At your arrival you will receive all the documentation about Pistoia and its province so as to go sightseeing by yourself

- You will have, besides, the possibility to see typical items of Pistoia and its surrounding territory as regards publishing branch, handicraft activity as well as oeno-gastronomic field (tourist guides of the town as well as of Tuscany -available in various languages-, road and excursional maps, a wide range of the most interesting postcards of Pistoia as well as of other Tuscan venues, works of local pottery, a selection of the most peculiar food products to our region such as the Pistoia’s “Confetti” (crispy sugar-coated almond sweets), the famous “Cialde” (light crumbly wafers) from Montecatini, the well-known “Brigidini” (light crispy aniseed sweets) from Lamporecchio, the delicious chocolate by Catinari or Slitti production, the tasty dried beans from Sorana, the extra-virgin olive oil from the Montalbano hills, red, rosé, white and Vinsanto from local wineries).

N.B.
Unfortunately disabled people aren’t allowed to accommodate in our Relais as it is on the first floor and has no lift; furthermore animal pets are not accepted and it’s strictly forbidden to smoke both in the bedrooms and in the whole apartment.

- Our bed&breakfast, having a reduced bedspace (at most 5 seats) is perfectly suitable for individual tours (both big families, a small group of friends and 2 couples), honey-moon trips, business trips, educational tours for promoting purposes (for operators or journalists wishing to know the artistic as well as environmental patrimony of our territory), and finally for educational holidays (for whoever aims at learning Italian language). As concerns car parking, our guests have many possibilities: Two pay parking sites (€ 1,00 per hour) in Piazza San Bartolomeo ed in Piazza San Lorenzo very close to our Relais (that are free in working days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, during Sundays and festivities) Free uncovered parking site “Cellini” 15 minutes’ walk from our Relais Pay covered and safeguarded parking site “Europark” (at reduced fares) we collaborate with in P.zza Treviso, 10 minutes’ walk (opened from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
